1. Who we are
Bina & Bimo (Vietnam) makes videos that teach game-making in Scratch, drawing and robot coding, and runs binabimo.com. In this policy, “we” means Bina & Bimo. This policy covers the binabimo.com website, the Bina & Bimo video channels, and the in-house posting tool described in section 4.

2. The binabimo.com website
- No cookies, nothing stored on your device. The site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage or similar).
- No analytics, no tracking, no ads. The site has no visitor statistics, tracking code, advertising, embedded social buttons or third-party content.
- No forms, no accounts. You don’t need to, and can’t, enter personal information on the site.
- Everything loads from binabimo.com itself. Fonts, pictures and styles are served by this site; your browser does not contact third-party servers.
- Hosting and server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any website, Cloudflare may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to keep the site running and protect it from attacks, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We have turned off Cloudflare’s visitor analytics and do not use this data to identify or track you.
- Links to other sites. When you follow a link to YouTube, Facebook or TikTok, you leave this site and that platform’s policy applies.
- Email. Mail sent to contact@binabimo.com is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing. We use your address and message only to reply, and delete them once the matter is closed, at the latest after 12 months.
3. Our video channels
The YouTube channels @binabimoen and @binabimo, the Facebook Pages binabimoen and binabimo, and TikTok @bina.bimo run on those platforms. When you watch, like, comment or subscribe, the platform processes your data under its own policy:
- Google and YouTube: Google Privacy Policy
- Facebook: Meta Privacy Policy
- TikTok: TikTok Privacy Policy
As channel owners we only see what the platforms show channel owners: public comments with the commenter’s display name, and aggregated statistics that identify no one (views, watch time, age groups, countries). We do not receive viewers’ or subscribers’ email addresses, phone numbers or identities. We run no contests or giveaways and never ask for contact details through our channels.
4. Our posting tool (YouTube API Services and Meta)
To schedule our videos we use an in-house tool that runs on our own computer. It signs in only to our own YouTube channels and Facebook Pages. Nobody else uses it, and it has no sign-in page for anyone else.
4.1. YouTube API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services. In using them we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and data passing through Google is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. The permissions the tool requests, and what we use them for:

Bina & Bimo’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.2. Meta (Facebook)
Our Meta app “BinaBimo Uploader” uses Facebook Login for Business and is granted access to our two Pages only.

4.3. What the tool keeps
- Sign-in tokens for Google and Meta, kept in a restricted folder (readable only by our user account) on our computer and never uploaded to any server.
- A posting log: our YouTube channel names and IDs, our Facebook Page names, and the ID of each video and post we published. This is information about our own channels, kept so we know what we posted.
- Videos, titles and descriptions, which are our own content.
- Statistics read through the APIs are used only for viewing. If we save any on our computer for comparison, we delete or refresh them within 30 days.
- We never sell this data, never use it for advertising, and never transfer it to anyone other than the service provider in section 4.4.
4.4. AI assistant
We use Anthropic’s AI assistant Claude to run the tool on our approved posting schedule. The assistant reads what the tool prints: our channel and Page names, our own video titles and IDs, and our channels’ aggregated statistics. The tool never prints sign-in tokens, so the assistant does not see them. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or share personal data with anyone. Videos and posts are sent only to YouTube and Facebook themselves, to publish on our channels. The service providers that process data on our behalf are Cloudflare (website hosting, email forwarding) and Anthropic (AI assistant, section 4.4). Cloudflare, Google, Meta and Anthropic may run servers outside Vietnam, so data may be processed abroad. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
6. Storage and security
The binabimo.com website stores no data about visitors. The posting tool’s data stays on our computer and on no server; the sign-in tokens sit in a folder only our user account can read. Sign-in tokens are kept until we revoke access or stop using the tool.
7. Revoking access
The account owner can revoke the tool’s access at any time:
- Google and YouTube: open the Google Account permissions page and remove the app.
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations, choose “BinaBimo Uploader” and remove it.
When access is revoked, we delete the related tokens and API data within 7 days.
8. Your rights and data deletion
Under Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15, in force since 1 January 2026) and the law where you live, you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct, delete or restrict it or object to its processing, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Vietnamese authority responsible for personal data protection (the Ministry of Public Security).
We only hold your personal data if you send it to us yourself (for example by email), or if a platform shows it to channel owners (for example a public comment with your display name).
How to ask us to delete your data
- Email contact@binabimo.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Include your display name on YouTube or Facebook, and a link to the comment or message concerned (if any).
- We reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 72 hours. If anything cannot be deleted, we tell you why.
Comments you post on YouTube or Facebook are stored by those platforms. You can delete them yourself at any time, or ask us to delete comments on our channels’ posts. A deletion request to us covers only the data we hold; data stored by Google, Meta or TikTok is managed in each platform’s account settings.
9. Children
The binabimo.com website collects no personal data from anyone, children included: there are no forms, accounts, cookies or trackers. If you are a parent and think your child has sent us information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it right away.
10. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Important changes will be stated clearly on this page.
